Working principle of wet ball millThe motor drives the barrel through the deceleration device, and the broken ore and steel ball of the cylinder body immortals are subjected to friction and centrifugal force to a certain height when the cylinder is turned to a certain height, and the dropping and falling are produced by the action of gravity, and the ore is gradually crushed under the impact and grinding action. The material is made of the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feed into the first silo of the mill. The cylinder is rotated to produce centrifugal force to drop the ball to a certain height and produce heavy blow and grinding to the material. After rough grinding, the material enters the second storehouse through a single storehouse board. It has a flat lining plate and a steel ball, which further grinds the material. The powdery material is discharged through the unloading grate plate.

Performance characteristics of wet ball mill(1) Rolling bearings are used instead of sliding bearings. The friction force is greatly reduced, the starting is easy, and the energy saving is remarkable.
(2) The end of the outlet is designed with the cone, which not only increases the volume, but also compels the material and steel ball at the end of the cone to be graded, the closer to the exit, the smaller the diameter of the steel ball, the effect of repeated grinding is added.
(3) The groove ring lining is used to increase the contact surface of the ball and ore, enhance the grinding effect, and improve the ability of the ore and reduce the energy consumption.
(4) Adopt integral frame to facilitate civil construction (construction of a cement foundation) and equipment installation.
