Brief introduction to the superfine ball mill
Ultrafine ball mill is the key equipment to crush the material after crushing. Ultrafine ball mills are widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, chemical fertilizers, black and ferrous metals, and glass ceramics, for dry or wet grinding of all kinds of ore and other grindable materials.
Structure characteristics of superfine ball mill
The ultra fine ball mill has changed the original mill structure, integrated the body and the chassis, and can be placed on the foundation plane at one time. The ultra fine ball mill consists of feeding parts, discharging parts, rotary parts, transmission parts (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of steel castings, and the inner lining can be detachable. The rotating large gear is machined by casting hobbing, and the wear-resistant lining plate is embedded in the barrel body, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and works reliably. The main bearing adopts double row aligning spherical roller bearing, which can reduce energy consumption by 30%. From the original grid type forced discharge to easy flow control discharge, the fine grind can be increased and the processing capacity can be increased by 15-20%.

(1) Energy saving: rolling bearings are used instead of sliding bearings, so that friction is greatly reduced and easy to start.
(2) The processing capacity is large: due to the use of the disc and lattice plate of the standard mill, the processing capacity is increased by more than 20% than that of the energy saving cone.
(3) Construction convenience: because of the adoption of integral frame, it is convenient for civil construction and equipment installation.

Working principle of superfine ball mill
The ultra-fine ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotary device, the outer gear drive, the two warehouse, the grid type ball mill. The material is made of the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feed into the first silo of the mill. There are stepped lining or corrugated lining in the silo, with different specifications of steel ball in it. The cylinder is rotated to produce centrifugal force to drop the ball to a certain height and produce heavy blow and grinding to the material. After rough grinding, the material enters the second storehouse through a single storehouse board. It has a flat lining plate and a steel ball, which further grinds the material. The powder is discharged through the discharging grate plate to finish the grinding operation.
