Introduction of lime hydrated plant:
Lime hydrated plant production line is also known as calcium hydroxide production line. Quick lime digester dust removal device installed in the production line is widely used in lime plant, iron and steel plant, power plant, chemical plant and other industries.
The production line of hydrated plant is to crush the qualified calcium oxide (CaO) lump material from the jaw crusher to about 40 mm in size, and send it into the storage tank silo of calcium oxide by bucket elevator. The calcium oxide in the silo is preliminarily digested by the first digester of calcium hydroxide through the steady flow conveyor quantitative and steady weight system. When the primary digestion of calcium hydroxide is completed, it enters the second or third digester to make oxygen. Calcium carbide is completely digested and decomposed to produce qualified primary products of calcium hydroxide with a digestion rate of 98%. (Digestive system is divided into single-axis, double-axis and multi-axis models according to capacity requirements.) The digested and decomposed calcium hydroxide is fed into the separator by the semi-finished screw conveyor. The separator completes the separation of impurities and the classification of fineness. The qualified and high-quality products are finished after the classification. The finished product conveyor and the hoist are discharged into the finished calcium hydroxide tank warehouse and packed separately. All the pollution nodes of the production line are completed by pulse precipitator, and the dust collection rate reaches 99.5%.
