                  Calcium hydroxide is a traditional product of inorganic chemical industry, which is obtained by chemical reaction between calcium oxide and water. The equipment of calcium hydroxide production line mainly consists of crusher, vibrating screen, vibrating feeder, mechanical loading and unloading vertical environmental protection lime kiln, screw conveyor, box oxidizing digester (ash machine)/rotary digester, heat conducting oil heating drum continuous dryer, tail gas-air waste heat exchanger, stainless steel gas washer/PP gas washer, vibrating ash extractor, bucket elevator, etc.
                   
                  Dry process flow of calcium hydroxide production line equipment:
                  Qualified raw lime is crushed to about 40mm by E crusher. Through bucket elevator, the lime is fed into the crushed calcium oxide storage tank. The lime in the silo is fed into the first-level lime mixer through a steady-flow screw conveyor or a quantitative weighing system. The lime is initially digested under the strong stirring of the stirring rod (divided into single, double and triple axes according to the output), and then into the second-level lime mixer (divided into single, double and triple axes according to the output) to complete digestion.                   The hydrated lime is then fed into the separator by a semi-finished screw conveyor to obtain qualified lime, which can also be graded. The refined lime is transported from the finished product to the bucket elevator and discharged into the finished product calcium hydroxide bin, and then packaged according to the user's needs. All pollution nodes of our company's environmental protection production line are completed by pulse precipitator, and the dust collection rate reaches 99.5%.

                  5. Superfine and efficient classification equipment: The system is equipped with air separation classifier, the fineness of finished products can be adjusted in 200-400 mesh.
