Application of rotary drum lime slaker:
Rotary drum lime slaker is also called lime slaking machine, lime milk machine, used for slaking of calcium carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate lime, mainly used in chemical industry, chemical fiber, paper making, power plant desulfurization, sugar, biology pharmacy, soda ash manufacturing and other industries. The lime slaker produced by our company is divided into the front type and rear type lime slakers two series.
Structure of rotary drum lime slaker:
Rotary drum lime slaker is mainly composed of outer cylinder, inner cylinder, supporting device and transmission device, of which the tail has in dregs removing device. The lime slaking machine main characteristic is to use the rotary motion instead of mixing method of slaking. There are screen holes at the back end of the inside cylinder, where lime lumps and water are contacted and slaked. The lime milk flows through the screen holes to the feeding direction and discharged at the bottom outlet. The lime which are not able to be slaked are discharged from the dregs removing device at the tail of outer cylinder. The slaker machine structure device is of reasonable design, convenient operation, high production efficiency, large production capacity, small labor intensity and are applicable to all the quality of lime.
Features of lime slaker:
1. Lime milk quality is good and exquisite, with high production of pulp, and the concentration of lime milk can be adjusted conveniently, by increasing and reducing of feeding amount to control lime milk concentration control.
2. Fast slaking and high efficiency. Due to taking full advantage of the lime slaking exothermic, remain the state of boiling in the slaker material, losing small heat, very fast slaking in 15 minutes fully slaked to the high digestion temperature.
3. Good operating environment, realized the mechanization production, slag removal is convenient, the use of lime slaker machine at the back of the installation of the dregs removing machine, 95% of the ash in the lime emulsion can be separated.
4. High mechanization degree, easy operation, digestion, slag fully realized mechanization, there is no need of personnel in the normal production process operation, low labor intensity.
5. Sealed ends by the special design, can guarantee no leakage, implements the production site clean.
6. Optional PLC control system, PLC through analog signals (4-20 ma) by the frequency converter control feed rate and the main engine rate of revolution, realizing automation production, the vector control system of type inverter can through self-learning or artificial set low frequency torque compensation, realize the big moment of low frequency of digestive machine start, greatly improves the digestion machine startup performance. Control system of dust, moisture proof processing, make it more applicable to the dusty and humid environment.
7. The lime slaker does not produce harmful waste gas in the process of digestion, the emissions of gases contain a small amount of water vapor of calcium hydroxide, such as the need to eliminate, can be equipped with dust removal device for dust removal process.
