2. Working principle and structure characteristicsThe suspension is fed into each closed filter chamber of the filter. Under the action of pressure, the filtrate is discharged through the filter layer and filter cloth and the filtrate outlet, and the filter residue is left in the filter frame to form a filter cake, thus achieving the purpose of separating solid and liquid.
3. Product featuresThe machine is made of 1Crl8Ni 9Ti or 316L high quality stainless steel, corrosion resistant and durable.
Because of the thread like structure, the filter plate can be changed according to the different production processes of the filtrate (initial filter, semi fine filter and fine filter). The user can also reduce or increase filter frame filter plate according to the production flow size, so as to make it suitable for production needs.
All sealing parts of the machine are equipped with sealing rings (creamy white silicone rubber sealing rings, non-toxic and high temperature resistant), no leakage and good sealing performance.
When working, the machine is pressurized and sealed with no loss of liquid material. The clarity of the liquid is good, and the bactericidal effect is good.
The machine can also be equipped with automatic reflow channel according to the needs of the user. After the pump is stopped, the reflow valve (with the function of air release) is automatically refluted and discharged. When filtering high viscosity liquid, it can make the liquid unimpeded and make all kinds of impurities automatically return. At the same time, clear water from the reflux channel is used for temporary cleaning and convenience.
The parts of the pump and the input pipe are connected by seventy percent off types of clasps, which are solid and sealed.
