                  Sludge Drying Solution

                  Sludge is the sediment produced by the treatment of wastewater by physical, chemical and biological methods. According to their sources, they can be divided into electroplating sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, tannery sludge, paper mill sludge, medical sludge, water plant sludge, domestic sludge and petrochemical sludge. Because of its poor fluidity, high stickiness, easy caking, and water not easy to evaporate, the drying time is more difficult, and the technical requirement of drying is higher. (slime, gypsum and so on wet sticky materials are also dried by the technology of this drying system).

                  3 Low fluidity, blocking for feeding chute Our company specially designed unpowered screw feeding large head to solve the difficult problem of feeding, and avoided the scene of blocking chute and windshield by cutting chute.
                  4 Very sticky to dryer wall, hard to clean The downstream heating is adopted to increase the intake temperature and increase the cleaning function of the lifting plate.
                  5 Agglomerating, not easy to evaporate The chain is increased inside the dryer, and two lifting plates are added in the rear section to avoid the occurrence of wind tunnel phenomenon and improve the thermal efficiency.
