                  Brief introduction:

                  Technological process:
                  1. After a period of free dehydration, the sand is fed into the silo by the loader, then the feeder at the bottom of the silo is given to the conveying equipment, and then the conveyor is sent to the feed head of the dryer.

                  2, when the material enters the dryer, in order to minimize the mixing of cold air, the special feeder is specially used.

                  3, the material enters the dryer, and heat exchange is introduced from the superheated tube. The material is pushed forward repeatedly with the rotation of the dryer, and is pushed forward from the inner cylinder into the middle cylinder and then retracked, and then enters the outer cylinder and flows to the discharge head. When the material is discharged from the dryer, the special unloader is still used to lock the wind, reducing the mixing of the cold air to the maximum, improving the efficiency of the dryer, reducing the pressure burden of the fan, and reducing the dust burden in the later period.

                  4. After discharge from the dryer, the material can be sent to the finished goods bin or packed according to the need.

                  5. Through the heat exchange air, the temperature is reduced to 80-120 degrees centigrade at the discharge end, and the humidity is increased at the same time. Under the action of the rear fan, after the treatment of the first stage dust collector and the two stage dust collector, it is emptied through the chimney.

                  6. Control of the whole drying system can be controlled by automatic PLC. The front and rear head of the dryer is equipped with a temperature measuring device, which can link the hot air stove, feeder, air guide, and dryer of the dryer, so that the efficiency of the dryer is the best, the output reaches the maximum and the manual use reaches the least.
